We offers absolutely free expresss local and international shipping by Air; through International Couriers like (DHL / Fedex / TNT / SkyNet / USPS) for all items, unless otherwise agreed with the customers. We use this highly cost services to ensure the safety of your product delivery. After we ship your item, we will supply you its tracking number, so you can track the order yourself.

Return & Exchange policy

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, erroneously sent or damaged during delivery we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the returned product with proof of purchase and details of the fault or damage.

Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. Refunds will usually be made within 7 days of the returned product being received by Cheverel Leather to the account originally used to purchase the product.

Please take measurements carefully as no refunds or exchange will be made because of sizing errors made by customers.

A full refund will be paid after receiving the garment. Customers pay for return delivery cost. We will cover the cost of sending any replacement item back to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
